Off-Site Visitation
Monitoring of non-custodial parent and child interactions in a safe and secure environment mutually agreed upon by both parents.
Supervised Monitored Exchange
Supervised Exchange is supervision of the transfer of the child or children from one parent to the other. Precaution is taken to assure that the two parents have no contact, with remainder of the parent/child contact remaining unsupervised.
Court Reports/Declarations
Will be made to the court on what took place with each child visit. Reports are available upon request. Declaration Authorized statements to the court stating ineffective communication in efforts to reach custodial/non-custodial parent.
Court Appearance
Court Testimony from a Monitor is only involved if the court requests it. The written document and notes and observation taken during visitation, on each visit is submitted.
Intake
One-time initial interview with each parent to communicate and outline important information regarding visits. Any court order will be pertinent.
Overnight Monitoring
Supervised visitations that starts one day and goes until the next day.
Telephone or Video Monitoring
Monitor will provide supervision using three-way calling for telephone monitoring. Skype Monitoring will be set up per court order and the convenience of all involved parties.
